How We Work
Twenty years of IT work teaches you what matters and what doesn't. We started doing infrastructure work for a small dental group with chronic network problems — rebuilt their setup from the ground up, standardized multiple offices, and got their outage count to essentially zero. That work grew into a practice.
We've since supported seven sites across different industries, and the approach has stayed the same: understand what you actually need, recommend what we'd install ourselves, build it properly, document everything, and hand it over. You own the setup. We don't hold passwords, sell you retainers, or create dependency.
If something comes up after the job, we're reachable. Most clients come back when there's something new to build. That's the model.
